Our Acceptable Use Policy

You may only use Judopay's services for the selling of products and services informed by you when entering into a contractual relationship with Judopay and our Financial Service Providers. Any changes associated with your product or service must be immediately communicated to Judopay.

You may not use our Services for the payment of your products where it is illegal to offer or provide these as stated in our Prohibited Business List stated below and updated from time to time.

Restricted Businesses must also include the selling of products or services by you in or to a person, business or country against government guidelines, for the avoidance of doubt, these shall include the sanctions lists identified by the United States Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC), the UK and the European Union.

To ensure the security of cardholders in selling your products and services, you must be compliant at all times with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) requirements. Judopay is entitled to request your Attestation of Compliance at any time during the provision of the Services to you.

The following activities are considered to be restricted by Judopay and will be subject to an enhanced due diligence process. Acceptance of the industries below are subject to our discretion.

You are responsible for verifying that all items you sell are authentic, legal, and not included in the above-mentioned list and subsequent updates. Breach of this policy may subject you to service suspension and other remedies available to the service providers by law or contract, all without prior notice.
